RULE [-20] 19. Severability. <br /> [2-04]19.1 If any provision of these Rules and Regulations or the application thereof <br /> to any person or circumstances is held invalid by a court of competent <br /> jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of the <br /> Rules and Regulations which can be given effect without the invalid provision or <br /> application, and to this end,the provisions of these Rules and Regulations are <br /> declared to be severable. Where any of these Rules and Regulations are in <br /> conflict with Chapter 19, then Chapter 19 shall prevail. <br /> Effective Date: These rules shall become effective ten (10) days after filing with the <br /> Office of the County Clerk, County of Hawaii, State of Hawaii. <br /> - 7 - <br />
