BIDLEMAN <br />: Good afternoon. I am one of the two nerds here from the public. You all <br />should have notes on Communication 15, and my comments about it. I think when documents <br />are being made available to the public, that the County is being <br />There is absolutely no reason why those documents canÓt be created from the original document <br />in a PDF format, rather than scanning them. That is why that do <br />hoping that when you request documents that you simply say that they should all be in PDF <br />format and converted, not a scanned document. ThatÓs my comment on Communication 15. <br /> <br />Communication 17, the definition on resident population; that information was not available on <br />the web site until yesterday. It would seem to me that those documents ought to be available in <br />a little more timely fashion, not only for the benefit of the public, but for the benefit of you <br />folks. You should be given more time to look at those documents <br /> <br />Communication 19, the document from Rosenbrock, was not available until yesterday. I think <br />they should be available in a little more timely fashion. <br /> <br />On Communication 20, the training materials were not available until yesterday on the web site. <br />Those documents ought to be available in advance. We have come here today to take part in <br />this training. Without sounding arrogant here, I hazard to guess that during the course of this <br />training, we will have questions that some of the people on this Commission will simply not <br />have enough background to ask Ðthe right questions.Ñ So we want to be granted the privilege of <br />being able to ask questions during the training session. We have a computer here, and we <br />should be able to ask questions; so I hope during that session we can. If we are not, then we <br />will simply register our objections.
