COUNTY OF HAWAII <br />STATE OF HAWAII <br />BILL NO. 309 <br />(Draft 4) <br />ORDINANCE NO. 06 153 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE HAWAII COUNTY GENERAL PLAN, AS <br />ADOPTED BY ORDINANCE NO. 05 25. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br />SECTION 1. Purpose. The purpose of this ordinance is to amend the Hawaii County <br />General Plan in accordance with Section 3 -15, Hawaii County Charter, and Section 16.2 Interim <br />Amendments, Hawaii County General Plan adopted by Ordinance No. 05 25. <br />SECTION 2. The attached document includes amendments to the text, policies, courses <br />of action, Land Use Pattern Allocation Guide (LUPAG) Map, and Facilities Map. <br />SECTION 3. Material to be repealed is bracketed. New material is underscored. In re- <br />printing the General Plan, the brackets, bracketed material and underscoring need not be <br />included. <br />SECTION 4. In the event that any portion of this ordinance is declared invalid, such <br />invalidity shall not affect other provisions of this ordinance. <br />SECTION 5.
