(86) Amending Section 803.0. Section 803.0 is amended by adding after the last sentence: <br />"Indirect waste piping shall be limited to fifteen (15) feet unless <br />approved by the administrative authority." <br />(87) Amending Section 804.1. Section 804.1 is amended by adding at the end thereof: <br />"Indirect drains for air conditioning condensate may be installed in <br />toilet or bathroom areas." <br />(88) Amending Section 811.1. Section 81 1.1 is amended to read: <br />"811.1 Chemical industrial liquid wastes which are likely to <br />damage or increase maintenance costs on the sanitary sewer <br />system, detrimentally affect sewage treatment, or contaminate <br />surface or subsurface waters, shall be pretreated to render them <br />innocuous prior to discharge into a drainage system. Any <br />discharge of such waste shall be subject to the provisions of <br />chapter 21, Hawaii County Code and all other applicable laws." <br />(89) Deleting Section 814.0. <br />Section 814.0 is deleted. <br />(90) Deleting Section 815.1. <br />Section 815.1 is deleted. <br />(91) Adding Section 815.2.3. Section 815.2.3 is added to read: <br />"815.2.3 Condensate wastes shall not drain over a public way." <br />(92) Deleting Section 903.1.2. <br />Section 903. 1.2 is deleted. (ABS and PVC DWV piping are <br />approved without limitations of building height.) <br />(93) Amending Section 905.3. Section 905.3 is amended by changing the last sentence to <br />read: <br />"Vents less than six (6) inches (152.4 mm) above the flood level <br />rim of the fixture shall be installed with sanitary tees or approved <br />drainage fittings, material and grade to the drain." <br />34 <br />
