My suggesti <br />establish a program that is consistent across the board, and that every plan that we see, we simply <br />have a quick motion to accept or continue the conversation on each one; and we set that up now. <br /> <br />Mr. Melrose moved the Commission establish a <br />process to accept or reject, for just cause, all <br />proposed Redistricting Plans by reviewing each <br />Plan and then taking a vote. Seconded by <br />Ms. Poindexter and carried by the following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes: Commissioners Carvalho, KahawaiolaÒa, <br /> Kanuha, Melrose, Middlesworth, <br /> Poindexter, Ugalde, and Chair Siracusa. <br />Noes: None. <br />Absent: Commissioner Kahui. <br /> CHR.
