CHR. SIRACUSA: I would like to point out that it is already 12:30 p.m. and we have two other <br />major agenda items to look at. The next one is where we have to choose the plans we are going to <br />take out to the public hearings. We don't have time to start making a new map number 40, unless <br />you want to be here a few more hours. <br />MS. POINDEXTER: I was just suggesting a small change, it doesn't make the map right for you, <br />it was just so we could save it as a Plan-40, not to lose the concepts that were presented. <br />MR. MIDDLESWORTH: If Shyla will change the boundary between District 6 and District 3, <br />we can save it as Plan 40 and be done with it for the moment. <br />MS. POINDEXTER: I agree. <br />Mr. Kahui moved to accept Plan _40, which <br />reflects the concepts in Plan _3 9, as corrected. <br />Seconded by Mr. Middlesworth and carried <br />by the following vote: <br />Ayes: Commissioners Kahawaiola`a, Kahui, <br />Kanuha, Melrose, Middlesworth, <br />Poindexter, and Ugalde. <br />Noes: Chair Siracusa. <br />Absent: Commissioner Carvalho. <br />MR.
