If we ever did have a legal issue, and somebody wanted to challenge an Alternate Plan as opposed to the plan that you folks decide on as a Final Plan, only those plans submitted up until September 15, 2011 would be official Alternate Plans. We can consider anything, right? MS. EOFF: Yes, you can work off of it, you can work off of anything you want. Now, you are in a different phase; my understanding is you are creating a Commission's Draft Plan based on whatever you have looked at previously, or heard in testimony and want to make. So, from here on out I would suggest saving anything the Commission creates as Commission's Draft Plan _A, Commission's Draft Plan B, and we will save those in a separate folder so they can be referred to and looked back at. But you guys need to now make your Draft Plans, and call them that. 11
