Mr. Kahawaiola' a moved to eliminate <br />Plan 40 revised 10.17.11, because it <br />splits Keaukaha. Seconded by Ms. Ugalde <br />and carried by the following vote: <br />Ayes: Commissioners Carvalho, Kahawaiola` a, <br />Kanuha, Melrose, Middlesworth, <br />Poindexter, Ugalde, and Chair Siracusa. <br />Noes: None. <br />Absent: Commissioner Kahui <br />Review and Discuss Margaret Wille's Plan-40 revised for 10.19.11 <br />CHR. SIRACUSA: The numbers are okay. <br />MR. MIDDLESWORTH: Keaukaha is still split. <br />CHR. SIRACUSA: There is a problem with Volcano. <br />MR. MELROSE: For the sake of keeping our options open, and because the other one, you might <br />interpret to have an impact on the Hamakua district. Whereas this one doesn't draw Honoka` a <br />and Ahualoa. Is there an interest in keeping one available and working back on Plan -46 and <br />seeing if we can come to some sort of an agreement? <br />CHR.
