MR. MELROSE: I would feel comfortable leaving it with you guys, but we are going to come <br />back and deal with it at the next meeting. We have already saved a meeting, right? We have a <br />meeting date. <br />CHR. SIRACUSA: There was a suggestion that we slip in another meeting. <br />MS. POINDEXTER: I wanted to know if the changes are made on there with Jeff s suggestion on <br />numbering starting with Kohala. Could that be done on this map before we save it? <br />CHR. SIRACUSA: Save this as Commission Plan _A and renumber the districts starting with <br />District 1 at the north, and working around clockwise. <br />MR. MELROSE: Let me make a motion that we renumber the districts starting with North <br />Kohala as District 1 going clockwise and when you get to District 2 and 3, do you want to go 2 <br />and 3. or 3 and 2? <br />MR. CARVALHO: Do we really need to change it? <br />MS. POINDEXTER: Let's table that thought. <br />Mr. Melrose moved to save revised Plan 46 as <br />Commission's Draft Plan—A. Seconded by <br />Ms. Poindexter and carried by the following vote: <br />Ayes: Commissioners Carvalho, Kahawaiola` a, <br />Kanuha, Melrose, Middlesworth, <br />Poindexter, Ugalde, and Chair Siracusa. <br />Noes: None. <br />Absent: Commissioner Kahui <br />CHR. SIRACUSA: Then do we want to renumber? <br />MR. MIDDLESWORTH: We can renumber later. <br />CHR. SIRACUSA: This whole discussion was part of Communication 45, and we need to vote to <br />close file on that so we can move on to the next part of our agenda. <br />The motion to close file on COMM. 45 was <br />carried by the following vote: <br />Ayes: Commissioners Carvalho, Kahawaiola` a, <br />Kanuha, Melrose, Middlesworth, <br />Poindexter, Ugalde, and Chair Siracusa. <br />Noes: None. <br />Absent: Commissioner Kahui. <br />42 <br />
