NAKAMOTO: I just wanted to bring to your attention that when you select your "Draft Plan," we are going to print maps with more detail than the maps that went out for the nine Public Hearings. Because our IT Department here cannot do that for us, they cannot do detailed maps; I spoke with Royce Jones, and there is a possibility that they can do it for us. He is going to be providing a quote; I don't have the quote yet, but when I do, I will give the information to Karen, and if you agree that is what you want to do - -- MR. MIDDLESWORTH: Do we know how much of our $75,000 or whatever it is, that we have spent? MS. NAKAMOTO: An approximate idea; Cori would have that information, she takes care of that. Out of the $75,000 we have spent approximately $6,000. MR. MIDDLESWORTH: So we have a little room then. MS. Does anyone have anything to say on this subject? MS. EOFF: Our next meeting is scheduled for November 3, 2011 and then we have one scheduled for November 10, 2011. CHR. SIRACUSA: November 3, 2011 is our next meeting, and then November 10, 2011 after that. And on November 10, 2011 is our deadline for submitting the "Draft Plan." 43
