MR. MIDDLESWORTH: Can we complete this the next time? CHR. SIRACUSA: It looks to me like we can, we are that far along. What is everyone's feeling about that? MR. CARVALHO: I think we are pretty close at the moment. MS. EOFF: You can work on the 10th too. MR. MIDDLESWORTH: Yes, we could work on the 10th, we could do our final tweaking on the 1 0th. CHR. SIRACUSA: We might even be able to finish it on the 3rd and be able to cancel the meeting on the 10th, or move along with other items. We are set then, our next meeting is going to be on November 3, 2011, in Hilo at 10:00 a.m. It is my recollection that the 3rd is Jeff s birthday. MS. POINDEXTER: On the 10th, where are we having that meeting? MR. MIDDLESWORTH: Both meetings would be in here in Hilo. CHR. SIRACUSA: Okay, so we would all be able to work with Shyla on the maps, as necessary. MR. KAHUI: Rene, on the 10th, chances are that I will again be here in Kona. CHR. SIRACUSA: Will you be able to join us on the 3rd` MR. KAHUI: I doubt that as well. I will probably be here in Kona. I'm hoping we can reach an agreement on the 3rd, because I think we are pretty close. So we wouldn't have a meeting on the 10th, but in any event, that is my request that I would attend the meeting here in Kona. CHR. SIRACUSA: How was it for you being able to see the maps? MR. KAHUI: It wasn't too bad. I think if we could have blown it up to half of the TV screen that would have been great, but for the most part, once you guys keyed in on those and zoomed in on those boundaries, I kind of got a good idea; as best as can be expected from this side. CHR. SIRACUSA: We have agreed then on our next two meetings being on the 3rd and the 10th and they both will be here in Hilo and they both going to be at 10:00 a.m. So that makes it easy to remember and we can now vote on that.
