He also suggested that you are only taking part of the Volcano community and is there any way to include all of that community. I worked for hours last night to do that, and I couldn't come up with it. What I did do, was as an alternate to it, putting all Volcano in with, what it would be if it went into District 6. I just, in a way, stress that I think this Council District 6 is really important island wide. Having the Captain Cook voice, and the Volcano voice may be really important, as well as Hdmakua having those identities. I only have two copies of this, but I did submit it; one just makes the adjustment for Council District 2, and what it would need to be in order to address some of the connectivity problems, and then the alternate is sort of the other voice in Volcano.
