The commissioners in <br />Diskrict 2, 3 and 4, why are you changing the tines and not going "North to South" <br />as how it has always been. <br />District 2 has always represented the "rural and urban" communities. District 4 <br />has always been the "mix distr1W and District 3 was also a "rural and urban" until <br />:10 year's ego when the commission put Keaau in District 3. <br />Comm�ssivn�cs 2, 3 end �4, your as commis$ioner is to pug the best plan that <br />you feet that will best service the `People" of Districts 2 and 3 in Milts. <br />Using the folloWing streets; either Komohana or Kapialan! Streets to divide <br />Districts 2 and 3. And that would start from the Wafluku Rimer and go south to <br />Keaau. <br />Remember how this v+r11f affect the people of Hilo for the next 10 years.
