District 4 has always been the "mix district" and District 3 was ciIso <br />a "rural and urban" until 10 years age when the commission charged that and put <br />Kea;au in District 3. <br />„KEEP District 2 RURAL/URBAW and "KEEP Disfirict 4 MtxED'F. <br />Commissioners 2,3 and 4, you need to remember, you need think haw District 2- <br />and 3 will best service the "People" of those districts in Hilo- <br />Go back to using the following streets as the boundaries,; from Wailuku River go <br />to either Komohana or Kapiolani Streets to diVide Districts 2 and 3. This gray, you <br />would stare from the North end of Hilo and go south to Keaau. <br />Remember the faith lies in your hands for the next 10 years that will affect the <br />"PEOPLE" of HiIQ.
