District 4 his always been the "mix district" and District 3 was also <br />a "rural and urban' until 10 yeas ago when the commission changed that and put <br />Keaau in District 3. <br />"KEEP District Z R-URAL/URBAN" and "KEEP District 4 MixED", <br />Comrrtissioners 2' 3 and 4, you need to remember, you need think how District 2 <br />and 3 will best service the "People' of those districts in Hilo. <br />Go back to using the following streets as the boundaries; from Wailuku River go <br />to either Komahana or Kapiolani Streets to divide Districts 2 and 1 This way, you <br />would start from the North end of Hilo and go sough to Keaeu. <br />Remember the faith Resin your hands for the next 10 years that will affect the <br />"PEOPLE" of Hiiq.
