Remember, your job as Commissioners should be putting the best plan for the "People" of Districts 2 and 31n Milo. Remember, Distirkt 2 has always represented the "rural and urban' communities. District 4 his always been the "mix district" and District 3 was mix to because of Keasu. So why change it now, Please consider using the following streets; either Komohana or Kapiolani Streets to divide Districts 2 and 3 and goo North of Wailulcu River to South to Keaau.
