The commissioners in district x, 3 and 4, why are <br />you changing the lines and not going with the original lines going "North to <br />South" as how it has always been. <br />To my knowledge., District 2 has always represented the "rural and urban" <br />communities. District 4 has always been the 'mix district" and District 3 was also <br />a "rural and urban" unit 10 years ago when the commission changed that and put <br />Keaau in pistrad 3. <br />"KEEP District 2 RUFtA►i./URBAN" and "KEEP District MIXED ". <br />Commissioners 2, .3 and 4, you geed to remember, you need think how District 2 <br />and 3 will best service the "Peoples of tfiose districts its Hilo. <br />Go beck to using the fallowing streets as the boundaries; from Wailuku River go <br />to either Kornohana or Kap #alani Streets to divide Districts 2 and 1 This way, you <br />would start from the North end of Hilo and go south to Keaau. <br />Remember the faith lies in your hands for the next 10 years that will afFett the <br />`YPEaPLE" of Hilo, Do you want,people "talking' for the next 10 years on how the <br />aw- <br />representatives for District 2,'3 and 4 changed everyone's lives? <br />5a Tease reconsider your changes and keep lines going North to South. <br />Th k rVr <br />lvromv <br />COMM. 51.33 <br />
