MR. KANUHA: I realize that. That's why I'm saying that this configuration in taking <br />more from District 7 into District 8 and 6 into 7, doesn't make sense to me. <br />MR. MIDDLESWORTH: This is what you get when you put Waik6loa in with Waimea <br />and keep Honoka`a all in District 1 and do it this way. <br />MR. MELROSE: I just get the sense that we are backing into B; and I don't know why we <br />aren't working off of B. We just seem to be going around in circles. <br />CHR.
