The motion to close file on COMM. 60.3 <br />and all related Communications was carried <br />by the following vote: <br />Ayes: Commissioners Carvalho, Kahawaiolaa, <br />Kahui, Kanuha, Melrose, Middlesworth, <br />Poindexter, Ugalde, and Chair Siracusa. <br />Noes: None. <br />Absent: None. <br />CHR. SIRACUSA: Next we need a motion to adjourn? <br />MS. UGALDE: I so move. <br />CHR. SIRACUSA: Hold on, hold on. We need a motion to approve the Final Report and <br />transfer it, as amended, to the County Clerk; and I do believe we need a roll call vote? It <br />would be wise, so let's be wise. Okay. <br />Mr. Kahui moved to approve the Final Report <br />as amended to file with the County Clerk. <br />Seconded by Ms. Ugalde and carried by the <br />following vote: <br />Ayes: Commissioners Carvalho, Kahawaiolaa, <br />Kahui, Kanuha, Melrose, Middlesworth, <br />Poindexter, Ugalde, and Chair Siracusa. <br />Noes: None. <br />Absent: None. <br />CHR.
