KERN: Yes. <br /> <br />ONO: Then should this amendment pass then basically everything is going to be deferred until we <br />come up, we have a new plan? <br /> <br />KERN: No. <br /> <br />ONO: No? <br /> <br />KERN: No. If this were to move forward, they would just have to adjust their drawing, and they go in <br />front of the Planning Department to deal with that, the plan approval and what not, to allow for a <br />parking situation and a roadway situation inside their property that would work for them. It’s not, they <br />don’t have to come back, they don’t have to show that. That’s their intent. Now we’re making a <br />change to that. We know that that is going to change some of that layout. That’s why they still have to <br />go in front of the Planning Department to make sure that they comply with the normal requirements <br />that are in here and other regular building requirements. <br /> <br />ONO: I see. <br /> <br />KERN: Makes sense? <br /> <br />ONO: Makes sense. <br /> <br />KERN: Okay. <br /> <br />AU: You know -. <br /> <br />KERN: Commissioner -. <br /> <br />AU: One comment that I would like to make to Commissioner Ono, you know, I’m a building <br />contractor so I understand that this is not, this building is not built yet. Okay, if it was an existing <br />building I would not have made this amendment. But this building is not built yet and you have room, <br />you have a whole acre. So, you know, just keep in mind, you know, I mean that’s one of the factors I <br />took into consideration when I made that amendment. <br /> <br />ONO: Okay. <br /> <br />KERN: Okay, let’s vote. So let’s go ahead and vote on Commissioner Au’s amendment, the original <br />motion is still open. I have something I want to add in after we take a vote. So let’s vote on the <br />amendment to the motion. Is that right? <br /> <br />MECKLENBURG: Yeah.
