MECKLENBURG: If I could ask staff, would we also need to amend Condition No. 2 just to, which <br />currently states “The proposed project shall be constructed and operated in substantial compliance with <br />the representations made to the Planning Commission, except that the site plan shall be modified to <br />comply with Condition 6?” Or is that not necessary? <br /> <br />DARROW: I wouldn’t think it’s necessary. I mean they would just have to -. Just so I’m clear here. <br />We have a motion on the floor. The motion has been amended and Condition 6 has been changed. It <br />would -. <br /> <br />MECKLENBURG: There’s, it has not been changed yet but there is a motion to change it, I guess. <br /> <br />DARROW: Okay. So we have two motions on the floor then. <br /> <br />MECKLENBURG: Right. <br /> <br />KERN: Yeah, so we need to vote on the amendment. <br /> <br />MECKLENBURG: It’s a motion within a motion. <br /> <br />DARROW: Okay. Okay, the original motion was to approve as the Planning Director -. <br /> <br />MECKLENBURG: Correct. <br /> <br />DARROW: So it would seem like wouldn’t you want to amend the original motion to -? Do you <br />know what I mean? <br /> <br />MECKLENBURG: Yeah, the motion to amend is being brought by Commissioner Au, so we’ll take <br />that motion within the larger motion. <br /> <br />DARROW: Okay. <br /> <br />MECKLENBURG: So first we’ll vote on the motion to amend Condition 6. <br /> <br />DARROW: I mean the only reason why I’m saying that is we have a motion to approve as the <br />Planning Director had suggested. <br /> <br />LEITHEAD TODD: There’s a motion to amend the motion. <br /> <br />DARROW: Right. <br /> <br />KERN: The motion maker did second, the original motion maker did second the amendment.
