Coordinated Services for the Elderly <br /> <br />CSE'S NEW KOHALA COMMUNITY <br />SERVICE PROGRAM ASSISTANT <br />Shari Ann Rodrigues, is the newly hired <br />Community Service Program Assistant (CSPA) <br />for the North Kohala District who started on April <br />16, 2008. Shari Ann will work independently in <br />providing Information and Assistance, Outreach, <br />Transportation, and Other Support Services to <br />the elderly population in the North Kohala <br />District. It took nearly one (1) year in filling the <br />position since the retirement of Meredith <br />Marquez. <br /> <br />Shari Ann, her husband Mark and their five (5) <br />boys reside in Kamuela. She enjoys baking, <br />reading, writing, and spending "Family Time" <br />together which involves many sport activities <br />that her five boys and husband are involved in. <br />She herself coached AYSO from 2000-03 and <br />enjoys working with people. <br /> <br />Shari Ann is a 1988 Hilo High School graduate, <br />and while raising her family & attending college, <br />graduated with a AA Degree in Liberal Arts in <br />1999 from HCC. She continues to take online <br />classes and is hoping to receive her BA Degree <br />in Management in 2008, from the University of <br />Phoenix. Her dream is to work towards getting <br />a Masters Degree in 2009. <br /> <br />The Elderly Activities Division would like to wish <br />her well in her new endeavor. "Welcome <br />Aboard!!" <br /> <br />CSE'S NEW EAST HAWAI`I CSW I <br />CSE East Hawai`i would like to welcome Reyn <br />Maeno, newly hired CSW I who started on May <br />01, 2008, with the County of Hawai`i. Reyn is <br />stationed in South Hilo providing In-Home <br />Chore Services, Transportation, Information & <br />Assistance, Outreach, and Other Support <br />Services. A "Local Boy" at heart, Reyn, resides <br />in Hilo and formally worked with the Department <br />of Education. <br /> <br />CSE would like to wish him the best on his new <br />endeavor. "Welcome On-Board!!" <br /> <br />CSE'S NEW WEST HAWAI`I CSW I <br />A warm welcome to Tereza "Sissy" Waite, our <br />newest Community Service Worker I for the <br />West Hawai`i Elderly Activities Division CSE <br />staff. Tereza is on an 89-day contract which <br />began on March 17, 2008, and will be working <br />in the Kona office providing In-Home Chore <br />Services, Transportation, Information & <br />Assistance, Outreach, and Other Support <br />Services. <br /> <br />Originally from Oahu she now resides in Kona <br />with husband William "Bo" Waite, and their <br />"Brady Bunch" of 4 boys & 2 girls.
