Taro information, coconut husking & grating, haupia <br />and lomi salmon demonstrations, hula performances by Seniors of Paradise and Kamana classes, <br />kanikapila with Aunty Darlene Ahuna as well as an outstanding performance during lunch by her. <br /> <br />Haupia Demonstration <br />with fresh coconut was given by Annie Kaaukai. Husking and grating coconuts for the first time were <br />Pāhoa’s Walter & Helen Seneshen. <br /> <br />Ti Leaf Lei Making and Rosettes <br />Instructors Mary Chun and Linda Eblacas having fun teaching ti leaf rosettes. <br /> <br />From around the island they came.
