The sequence of this was Finance <br />Factor foreclosed on this, on the mortgage; and Graphic Image bought the parcel from Finance Factors. <br />That’s the sequence of this transaction. <br /> <br />DOMINGO: That total, all that parcels, the -? <br /> <br />HIGASHI: We did not buy the roadway lot. <br /> <br />DOMINGO: Parcel 3 including? <br /> <br />HIGASHI: Was not included under the mortgage. Originally when they advertised they put Parcel 3; <br />but later they informed us that Parcel 3was not included in the sale and in the foreclosure. But we did <br />apply for the rezoning for the entire, including Parcel 3. It seems to me that Parcel 3, it seems like it <br />was a roadway lot to the back lot that provided access to the back lot, if you look at the map carefully. <br />Otherwise their back lot would have been landlocked. <br /> <br />YEH: Right. In other -. <br /> <br />DOMINGO: And that back, the so-called back lot is now owned by Graphic Images also? <br /> <br />HIGASHI: Graphic Images, that’s correct. <br /> <br />YEH: In other words, what would have probably happen is when Finance Factors got their mortgage <br />interest on the properties, through some oversight or not, you know, it didn’t include that road lot as <br />part of that mortgage. So, therefore, when they foreclosed on the property they didn’t have the right to <br />sell that lot. So it was a separate -. <br /> <br />DOMINGO: You know, that was the question that I was leading to.
