The area that was shown in <br />testimony, the visual testimony, and it's the one in the center, that has already been set aside for future <br />commercial development. It was not put in immediate planning simply because the traffic issues were <br />never ever addressed here; and that's why we had an extensive, a $20,000 study to examine those <br />problems so the County could understand future issues and risks. But, yes, we have considered <br />developing that. We have a number of different places that have contacted us about developing that as <br />a community center or village center. <br /> <br />ONO: Excuse me.
