The proposed use for the parcel will not have any adverse effect on any of the <br />surrounding properties. There are two residents on the bordering parcels. The <br />applicant will not have any deliveries or clientele on site as mentioned above. <br />C. Such use shall not unreasonably burden public agencies to provide roads <br />and streets, sewers, water, drainage, school improvements, and police and fire <br />protection. <br />The small amount of use of the proposed area will not interrupt or disrupt any <br />public agencies providing roads and streets, sewers, water, drainage, school <br />improvements, or police and /or fire protection. The proposed use will not <br />increase traffic in the area. <br />D. Unusual conditions, trends, and needs have arisen since the district <br />boundaries and regulations were established. <br />This applicant has lived here for over 20 years and this area has not changed <br />much. The same houses are here, there have been no new developments in the <br />nearby 500 feet radius. <br />E. The land upon which the proposed use is sought is unsuited for the uses <br />permitted within the district. <br />The land for the proposed use is suitable for the kitchen /building development. <br />The property has the proper landscaping and drainage for the dwelling and the <br />kitchen. <br />F. The proposed use will not substantially alter or change the essential character <br />of the land and the present use. <br />The proposed use will not alter the land or make any other changes than what <br />has been done for its current use. <br />G. The proposed use will not be contrary to the goals, policies and standards of <br />the General Plan and other applicable documents such as community <br />development plans and design plans. (Note: Copies of the General Plan <br />document and other plans are available at the Hawaii County Planning <br />Department or at public libraries). <br />The entire area will remain the same, the only alterations will be a building (cold <br />kitchen (1 ,t' x � 6') erected on the rear of the property. It will not be accessible to <br />anyone but the owner. It will be hardly visible from the main road as it will be set <br />back on the parcel. <br />
