0 0 <br />6. Allow for the maximum of twelve (12) evening fundraiser performances. These <br />evening performances are dedicated to fundraising to support programs and <br />facilities associated with HVC Center. <br />7. The establishment of a Certified Kitchen <br />The Applicant has recently been awarded a $45,000 for the development of a <br />kitchen from the Federal Farmers Market Support program. The kitchen is <br />proposed to be located adjacent to the existing pavilion, however, should a more <br />appropriate location emerge during the design stage, the Applicant shall be <br />afforded the ability to site the kitchen in the appropriate location. <br />The Application supports that as part of the Condition of Approval for SPP No. <br />1122 that the following guideline be applied to the Certified Kitchen. <br />a) The Certified Kitchen shall not exceed 1,600 square feet. <br />8. The HVC Center shall be allowed to host occasional community meetings and <br />family event. <br />HVC Center recognizes there are no permitted community centers in the lower <br />Kalapana area and in an effort to support the community and address these <br />services provided in other community the Applicant seeks the allowance of HVC <br />Center to host occasional community meetings and family events. The Applicant <br />supports that as part of the Condition of Approval for SPP No. 1122 the following <br />guideline be applied to community use. <br />a) HVC Center shall be permitted to host a maximum of two community /family <br />events per month <br />b) Community /family events shall not exceed 50 persons <br />c) Community /family events shall end by 7:00 p.m. <br />6 <br />
