Section 25 -52 of the Zoning Code provides that permits issued pursuant to Chapter 205, <br />HRS — such as the Special Permit — are considered permitted use. Educational and <br />recreational facilities are considered part of such uses. Accordingly, the requested use <br />would be consistent with the General Plan. <br />CONSISTENCY WITH OBJECTIVES OF LAND USE LAW AND <br />REGULATIONS <br />The proposed use is an unusual and reasonable use of land, which would not be contrary <br />to the objectives to be sought by the Land Use Law and Regulations, which for the <br />Agricultural Districts, seeks to preserve or keep lands of high agricultural potential in <br />agriculture use. <br />24 <br />
