Takahashi, Director of Human Resources <br />Ms. Sharon Toriano, Deputy Director of Human Resources <br />Mr. Michael Udovich, Deputy Corporation Counsel <br />Ms. Tammy Kaniho, HR Assistant <br /> <br />Chair Yoshiyama called the meeting to order at 9:30 a.m. <br /> <br /> <br />MINUTES OF JANUARY 18, 2012 <br /> <br />MOTION: Mr. Silva moved that the minutes of January 18, 2012 be <br />approved as circulated. The motion was seconded by <br />Mr. Kuewa and unanimously carried. <br /> <br /> <br />NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />A) Performance evaluation of Director of Human Resources for fiscal <br />year 2011-2012 <br /> <br />Mr. Takahashi reported on the three goals they had identified as part of <br />the evaluation. He noted that the process also involves the Board’s evaluation of <br />him based on responses that were obtained from the departments. <br /> <br />Hawai‘i County is an Equal Opportunity Provider and Employer. <br /> <br />
