I think we need a shopping center in Puna?
Well, we could use a bit more restaurants and shopping stores but its all good
We could have more shopping centers (grocery stores, etc.)
Mor options for grocery shopping, resturants
covers the basics currenbtly, but there is room for improvement
SAMs Club or Costco would be a great addition.
Improving w /Growth, But we need Better Services so we dont Have to Drive to Hilo so much
Need a KTA size market in Ainaloa /Orchidland area —
We need a major grocery chain.
The strip in town is quaint, but the parking sucks massively. There are adequate restaurants and
places to forage for food, services like auto repair are at either end of town, one very affordable
and another one. Paradise Business Center is the only game in town for many services between
Kalapana and Hilo.
Again... read my previous comments regarding a need for a Costco on our side of the island.
I'd like a grocery store like KTA with better prices. Otherwise, the hardware store is great, Island
Naturals is wonderful and you can buy what you need at Malama market and Long's
Too much development
No More Needed!!
We don't need anymore development of this type!
No more development in Pahoa Town. Our infrastructure already cannot handle what we have
Don't think we need more.
Development Page 7
