It is uncomfortable and dangerous to walk from Cash and carry to Sirious cafe and down to <br />Malama. <br />Make Pahoa a pedestrian- oriented town. Needs boardwalks /sidewalks on main corridors (main <br />street, post office road, etc.) Due to narrow streets, bike paths best placed on a separate <br />route(s), separate from Pahoa's main corridor. <br />Not pedestrian friendly from one end of town to the other <br />sidewalks <br />Emphasizing pedestrian walkways in town center <br />in much need of sidewalks <br />need sidewalks from entrance of pahoa town to the schools <br />There are some stretches of the road in Pahoa where there is no room to walk. <br />Pahoa could use some more sidewalks <br />Pedestrian walkways are inconsitant and what is available is poorly maintained. Bicycle paths <br />would be great however, I feel that pedestian walkways should be concentrated on since <br />bicycles can make use of the road way. <br />we hardly have any walkways except in the very core <br />See 6; someone needs to figure how to get people off the road shoulders in the village. <br />Build sidewalks and keep up boardwalks <br />The whole town needs a proper sidewalk. <br />We need more cross walks for our pedestrians & walk ways would be good too. <br />Our town needs more areas for safe walking. <br />We need more safe walkways. <br />The sidewalks are small and there are a lot of uneven steps, cracks, ect. There are no bicycle <br />paths to speak of. There should be more accomodations for pedestrians.
