, hawaii telcoms internet isn't readily available <br />We pay full price for Hawaiiantel's DSL service, however, service is much slower than in metro <br />areas and drops the line regularly. <br />Hawaiian Beaches is good, except for internet... <br />internet and cell phone reception has a few dead areas <br />Most of Puna lacks high speed wired (HawaiianTel & Oceanic /Time Warner). We live and work <br />in a wired world. We need to attact high tech with global jobs. We cannot achieve this without <br />the technology in place. <br />All of Pahoa being an internet hot spot would be interesting - -not sure what other towns /areas <br />who have done that have experienced. And I don't know the costs or who would pay for it. <br />Internet and cell phone service terrible <br />internet, cellular telephone, municipal water, and electricity coverage are spotty in the area. <br />Broadband needs to be taken to everyone - and the franchise agreements that are already in <br />place need to be enforced, ASAP. <br />What do you think of the availability of water? <br />public water fountations in town! <br />Water should be unfloridated <br />NON WATER AREA (OPTIONS) <br />Keep water minimally treated.... no fluoride <br />I think every subdivision should have a water station inside <br />Catchment works <br />appreciate available public water in Nanawale <br />Catchment for most of us residents outside of Pahoa <br />Public Utilities Page 4 <br />
