Non - catchment water would be great
. I happen to live in a area that is not served by the water company. That being the case I am
on Catchment and it is just fine with me. I had to add the UV filter system and I maintain the
gutters and tank to keep the water as good as possible. I also added another filter to my filter
system and the water is just fine. Also had the water tested and my rain water is a little better
than the County water for the acid.
dont know about water never had any county water
Water is good
Very limited county water except in Pahoa Town; and very difficult to get new internet service
because the ports are all filled.
All streets in area should have water, sewers
Much of Pahoa is still on water catchment, but I think the specific area indicated on the map is
covered.
Need county water to all subdivisions,
I like the fact that we are collecting our own water and producing our own electricity.
public water is unavailable in many areas,
Water great for HI'n Beaches. We are so grateful for that service
It is good that the county provides water spigots for people to fill their own containers. Many
people have catchment, which is nonpotable water source.
With so many people living in Puna, why can't we have County water?
There is no water service to the subdivisions, having to rely on catchment.
really don't want to deal with a water utility. I love using catchment.
Please do not fluoridate the water. (i don't know if it is or not. That should be public
knowledge. Tell us what's in the town water please)
Water is excellent
internet, cellular telephone, municipal water, and electricity coverage are spotty in the area.
Our municipal water is excellent quality, distribution is very limited
Public Utilities Page 5
