Still catching up, I guess. <br />Water and electricity is good but could be cut down a little. <br />HELCO problem... power goes off much too often, and Time Warner ... cable goes out with no <br />explanation. Of course, nobody gets credit on their monthly bills when there are <br />outages ... even for hours at a time. <br />The availability of electricity, phone an internet is great here Water is not available in a lot of <br />places. There are a lot of people getting water at the water station which is kind of primitive. <br />The price of electricity is excessive.
