They drove him <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION <br />Commissioner PeÒa-Ferrari moved to meet in executive session to consider discipline <br />and charges against officers or employees of the HawaiÒi Police Department, to <br />consider sensitive matters relating to public safety, and to consult with Corporation <br />Counsel on questions and issues pertaining to the commission's powers, duties, <br />privileges, immunities, and liabilities pursuant to HRS 92-5 (a) (2) (4) (6) and the HawaiÒi <br />County Charter Section 13-20 (b). Commissioner Marques seconded the motion, and it <br />carried unanimously. Executive session convened at 4:05 p.m. <br /> <br />Regular session reconvened at 4:44 p.m. <br /> <br />ACTION ON COMPLAINTS <br /> HPC 12-29: Complainant alleged that officers took his medical marijuana. <br />Commissioner Victorine moved to refer the complaint to the Polic <br />customer service, procedural, and operational concerns as noted in the complaint. <br />Commissioner PeÒa-Ferrari seconded the motion, and it carried unanimously. <br /> <br /> HPC 12-30: Complainant reported that her son was missing. She <br />police report discredited her, and that the police are holding information from her. <br />Commissioner Victorine moved that there was insufficient evidence to prove the <br />complainantÓs allegations of misconduct. Commissioner Mende seconded the <br />motion, and it carried unanimously. <br /> <br />
