Hawai‘i Police Commission <br />Regular Session Minutes <br />December 21, 2012 <br />Page 12 <br /> HPC 12-43: Complainant alleged that an officer conspired to cover-up unlawful acts <br />of other officers. Commissioner Marques moved to defer the complaint to the next <br />meeting in Waimea. Commissioner Victorine seconded the motion, and it carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br /> HPC 12-44: Complainant alleged that an officer denied him the ability to request a <br />report and findings of his investigation. Commissioner Marques moved to defer the <br />complaint to the next meeting in Waimea. Commissioner Victorine seconded the <br />motion, and it carried unanimously. <br /> <br /> HPC 12-45: Complainant alleged that an officerÓs report had false documentation. <br />Commissioner PeÒa-Ferrari moved to refer the complaint to the Police Chief for an <br />investigation by the Office of Professional Standards. Commissioner Schutte <br />seconded the motion, and it carried unanimously. <br /> <br /> HPC 12-46: Complainant alleged that an officer threatened him when he tried to <br />press charges against his son. Commissioner PeÒa-Ferrari moved to refer the <br />complaint to the Police Chief for an investigation by the Office of Professional <br />Standards. Commissioner Horner seconded the motion, and it carried unanimously. <br /> <br /> <br />ANNOUNCEMENTS <br /> Chair Ono announced that the Police CommissionÓs next monthly meeting would be <br />on January 18, 2012, at 9:00 a.m., Building G Conference Room, West HawaiÒi Civic <br />Center, 74-5044 Ane Keohokalole Highway, Kailua-Kona. <br /> <br /> Collection of files and documents - Done. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />The meeting was adjourned at 5:05 p.m. <br />SUBMITTED BY: JOSIE PELAYO, SECRETARY <br />APPROVED BY: KENNETH T.
