Commissioner Marques moved to defer the complaint to the next <br />meeting in Waimea. Commissioner Victorine seconded the motion, and it carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br /> HPC 12-44: Complainant alleged that an officer denied him the ability to request a <br />report and findings of his investigation. Commissioner Marques moved to defer the <br />complaint to the next meeting in Waimea. Commissioner Victorine seconded the <br />motion, and it carried unanimously. <br /> <br /> HPC 12-45: Complainant alleged that an officerÓs report had false documentation. <br />Commissioner PeÒa-Ferrari moved to refer the complaint to the Police Chief for an <br />investigation by the Office of Professional Standards. Commissioner Schutte <br />seconded the motion, and it carried unanimously. <br /> <br /> HPC 12-46: Complainant alleged that an officer threatened him when he tried to <br />press charges against his son. Commissioner PeÒa-Ferrari moved to refer the <br />complaint to the Police Chief for an investigation by the Office of Professional <br />Standards.
