The AC discussed how the <br />89 <br />subcommittees and liaison groups were created and have been functioning. <br />90 <br /> Committee Budget Proposal: <br />f. <br />91 <br /> <br />i.The draft budget is not yet ready for discussion. <br />92 <br /> <br />ii.Staff confirmed that the mail coming in to the SKCDP AC needs to be turned in thru <br />93 <br />the Planning Department address attention SKCDP AC meeting <br />94 <br /> <br />iii.Budget should include in workshops for the AC to attend for <br />95 <br />information/educational purposes – suggestion should be forwarded on to Kit <br />96 <br />Roehrig for inclusion into the draft budget. <br />97 <br /> Capital Improvement Plan (CIP). <br />g. <br />98 <br /> <br />i.Staff shared with the AC that the Mayor has put in to the Mayor’s CIP budget CIP <br />99 <br />budget projects from North Kohala, Kona, and Puna CDPs that the AC submitted. <br />100 <br />Process right now for any CIP project to get on the Mayor’s amended CIP budget <br />101 <br />might be difficult.
