The Departments of Public Works and Parks and Recreation <br />should conduct a study of program for additional sources <br />of funding both in terms of incorporating bikeway <br />considerations within Capital Improvement roadway and <br />park projects and separate sources. <br />A list of bicycle regulations should be assembled <br />and distributed to all bicyclists with registration of <br />their bicycles. <br />810 A study should be conducted to determine the impacts <br />of eliminating on- street parking along those streets <br />designated for bikeways. <br />916 A program should be initiated to replace parallel <br />slat drainage grates which are hazardous to bicycling. <br />-46- <br />
