Public and <br />county concerns with initial design were <br />significantly addressed in redesign. <br />At the urging of Sen. Russell Ruderman, <br />HDDT reduced the speed limit on Hwy. 130 <br />to 45 mph between Shower Dr. and `Ainaloa <br />Blvd. <br />KAPDND is applying to the state DDT for <br />designation of the Red Road as a Scenic <br />Bvway. <br />
