ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS – The Commission took up the following at 10:34 a.m. <br /> <br /> <br />1.Status of applications heard by Windward Planning Commission that are pending before <br />County Council – Mr. Arai reported that Nobuchika Santo’s Rezoning and State Land Use <br />Boundary Amendment applications were approved by the County Council. <br /> <br />2.Status of Contested Case proceedings for Connections New Century Public Charter <br />School/CBESS Special Permit Application No. 12-000138 (SPP-12-138) – Mr. Arai reported <br />that the contract for the contested case hearing has been executed and Sandy Song has been <br />retained to be the hearings officer, noting Ms. Song should be scheduling meetings with the <br />parties shortly. <br /> <br />ANNOUNCEMENTS – Mr. Arai noted the next meeting is scheduled for August 1, 2013 with <br />six items on the agenda. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT – There being no further business, the Chair declared the meeting adjourned <br />at 10:37 a.m. <br /> <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> <br /> <br /> Sharon M.
