<br />ANNOUNCEMENTS <br /> <br />Bennett Mark announced that the KVDC was allowed to have two persons from this <br />Commission to attend the Hawai’i Congress of Planning Officials (HCPO) conference with <br />registration fees paid by the County. HCPO will be held at the Sheraton Keauhou Bay Resort <br />from September 18 through 20, 2013. Commissioner Burns suggested that it should be <br />offered to the commissioners who will be on this commission longest. Chair Hetherington <br />approved Commissioner Bleck and Commissioner Akina to attend the conference. <br /> <br />Bennett Mark further announced that the next meeting will be August 20, 2013. <br /> <br />1. APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF JULY 24, 2013 <br /> <br />It was moved by Commissioner Kitchens and seconded by Commissioner Au Hoy that the minutes be <br />approved as submitted. The motion was unanimously carried by a voice vote of all Commissioners in <br />attendance. <br /> <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />There being no further business, at 6:29 p.m., it was moved by Commissioner Kitchens and seconded <br />by Commissioner Au Hoy that the meeting be adjourned.
