Commissioner Namahoe seconded the <br />motion and it carried unanimously. <br />STATEMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC ON AGENDA ITEMS <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF JUNE 12, 2013 <br /> <br />Commissioner Namahoe moved to approve the regular session minutes. Commissioner <br />Waipa seconded the motion and it carried unanimously. <br />Commissioner Namahoe moved to approve the executive session minutes.
