RECRUITMENT& EXAMINATION <br /> Annual MAB Report <br /> July 2012-June 2013 <br /> Program Objectives <br /> Establishment of eligible lists to assist departments with filling of their vacancies: <br /> Open- <br /> Competitive <br /> Recruitments % <br /> Objective Conducted Objective Met Met <br /> Within two months for registration recruitments and 9 7 78% <br /> small/medium size open-competitive recruitments <br /> requiring a written examination. <br /> Within three months for large size open-competitive 7 5 71% <br /> recruitments requiring a written examination. <br /> Within two months for open-competitive 91 80 88% <br /> recruitments requiring a training and <br /> experience evaluation (T&E). <br /> Within four months for the Police Officer I (Recruit) 1 1 100% <br /> recruitment requiring a written examination and a <br /> performance test. <br /> Open-competitive recruitments totaled 108 recruitments. We also conducted 102 internal <br /> recruitments and 24 postings for temporary appointments outside of an eligible list.
