We defer to the voters in these situations, and it’s a relatively high bar for me to then consider something that has been disclosed because they had to do it as a candidate, and then also it’s part of their legislative duties. Official action, to me—I just don’t see where this petition goes to the level that I would require, in my view. <br /> <br />MR. BALSIS: Thank you. Are there any other comments? Arne? <br /> <br />MR. HENRICKS: I think that—excuse me—in reading Section 2-84(a)(1), there’s two hurdles to overcome before we can even consider it. One is the word directly, and the second word is substantial. I don’t think this goes up over either hurdle, so therefore that’s my opinion at this point. <br /> <br />MR. BALSIS: Thank you. I’d just like to take a note that there was discussion on the reasons why various Board members believe that the petition should be dismissed, and those were very well put forth.
