Green, Wendy Baez, Chris Miller and Sharon Willeford, <br />22 <br /> <br />23 <br /> The meeting was called to order by the chair, Greg Ogin and introductions of AC members occurred. <br />24 <br /> <br />25 <br />STATEMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC REGARDING ITEMS ON AGENDA <br />26 <br />The chair noted that the meeting was being recorded. <br />27 <br />Janice Palma-Glennie requested that her testimony be delayed until the director arrives. <br />28 <br />The chair granted her request. Janet’s points of presentation: <br />29 <br />The Planning Department has run on the KCDP since its inception. <br />hot & cold <br />· <br />30 <br />The public is requiring a strong concurrency requirement. <br />· <br />31 <br />Immediately create an open space network. <br />· <br />32 <br />It is not ok for the administration to change the CDP as it was passed unanimously by the County <br />· <br />33 <br />Council. <br />34 <br />Asked members of the KCDP AC to stand strong against changes. <br />· <br />35 <br />This is necessary for the long term success of the KCDP. <br />· <br />36 <br /> <br />37 <br />ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS <br />38 <br />1.Minutes were approved as amended.
