Section 6 Appendices <br />A. The Appendices attached hereto shall be deemed incorporated and made <br />a part of these rules. <br />Section 7 Severability Clause <br />A. If any provision of these rules and regulations contained herein or the <br />application thereof to any person or circumstances is held invalid, such <br />invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of the rules and <br />regulations which can be given effect without the invalid provision or <br />application, and to this end the provisions of these rules are declared to be <br />severable. <br />22 <br />
