APPENDIX C INSURANCE REGULATIONS FOR LESSEE OF COUNTY SWIMMING POOL COMPLEXES LESSEE shall file with the County of Hawaii, upon approval of the application for use of any swimming pool complex, a copy of a policy of public liability, property damage and medical insurance. Lessee's policy shall be primary to any other insurance covering County of Hawaii property. Lessee shall provide the Department of Parks and Recreation with written notice of any policy change at least thirty (30) days before the change takes effect and also direct its insurance carrier to provide the Department of Parks and Recreation with written notice of any policy change. Lessee shall obtain, at its own expense, public liability and property damage insurance in the following amounts: General Aggregate 2. Products-C.O.: 3. Personal Injury: 4. Each Occurrence 5. Property Damage 6. Medical Expense One million dollars ($1,000,000) One million dollars ($1,000,000) One million dollars ($1,000,000) One million dollars ($1,000,000) Fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) Five thousand dollars ($5,000) and which meets the following requirements: Provides coverage for "all operations of the insured conducted on County property" and contains a description of the work performed by the insured. (This may require policies covering premises occupied, products sold, amusement liability, or automobiles used.) 2. The County of Hawaii shall be named as an additional insured with respect to all operations of the insured at the County facility. 3. Said policy shall contain a cancellation clause reading, in substance, as follows: SHOULD ANY OF THE ABOVE DESCRIBED POLICIES BE CANCELLED BEFORE THE EXPIRATION DATE THEREOF, THE ISSUING COMPANY WILL ENDEAVOR TO MAIL THIRTY (30) DAYS WRITTEN NOTICE TO THE CERTIFICATE HOLDER NAMED TO THE LEFT. 26
