4. No policy shall be acceptable unless first approved by the Director of the <br />Department of Parks and Recreation or the Director's duly designated <br />representative. <br />5. The Deductible Clause shall be no more than five hundred dollars $500. The <br />Director or the Director's duly designated representative may require the lessee <br />to provide proof that it has the financial means to pay the deductible. <br />All policies, certificates and endorsements shall be sent to the Department of Parks and <br />Recreation, County of Hawaii, 799 Pi`ilani Street, Hilo, HI 96720. <br />27 <br />
