Recommend that the Kona CDP Action Committee request that the county <br />and state elected officials, support the expediting of the planning, right-of-way <br />purchase and construction of the widening of State Route 11 between Henry <br />Street and Kamehameha III Road, while continuing to support the Ali‘i Highway <br />project. <br />c.
