I went up there to check the flood stream, the floodplain, <br />maintenance by these folks that had filled in. <br /> <br />Mr. Henricks: What caused you to contact Mr. Thompson then? <br /> <br />Mr. Northrop: I stopped in the middle of the cul-de-sac because their dog had gotten in <br />my way and I was invited in by Mrs. Thompson for a cup of coffee. I hadn’t had my morning <br />break. <br /> <br />Mr. Henricks: Did they know you before hand? <br /> <br />Mr. Northrop: I’ve known them for years. <br /> <br />Mr. Henricks: So you know them? <br /> <br />Mr. Northrop: Yeah, I had issues when the subdivision was first built.
